1. The Services

Axceed IT Solutions provides a consolidated IT infrastructure stack including productivity (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace), security (Fortinet/SentinelOne), and data continuity (Veeam/Acronis). We act as an Authorized Partner (including Pax8 and Microsoft CSP) to simplify licensing and support for Malaysian SMEs.

2. BILLING & CURRENCY (The "One Bill" Promise)

Currency: All services are billed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) to eliminate forex risk for the Client.

Taxation: Axceed is a Malaysian-registered entity. All invoices are SST-compliant (SST-01 Tax Invoice) at the prevailing government rate (currently 8%).

Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment via FPX or Bank Transfer must be settled within 14 days of the invoice date to avoid automated license suspension.

3. PROVISIONING & LICENSING

Rapid Delivery: Licenses are typically provisioned within one day of order verification.
Third-Party Terms: By using these services, the Client agrees to the End User License Agreements (EULA) of the respective software providers (e.g., Microsoft Customer Agreement, Acronis EULA).
Seat Adjustments: Clients may add or remove licenses through the Axceed portal; however, any billing changes will be applied in accordance with the prorated billing policies of the respective vendor.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Axceed provides the "Foundation." We are not liable for:

Service outages caused by global providers (Microsoft, Google, AWS).
Data loss occurring on non-backed-up systems.
Cybersecurity breaches that occur despite the implementation of security layers (e.g., Ransomware).
